Reaffirmation of Nationhood of the Dalungbara Aboriginal People
· The Dalungbara Aboriginal People bring to
the public attention that we reaffirm our nationhood, including all our traditional
land prior to British invasion.
· Our nationhood has never been surrendered.
· We claim all of our traditional land as cultural heritage and as
sacred.
· This was announced at the public meeting at the Noosa District High
School at 10.00am on Sunday 29th August 2004.
Our reaffirmation of Nationhood is similar to the Torres Strait Islanders who have also recently declared independence from the purported Commonwealth of Australia.
Due to the ruling handed down, Friday 25th June 2004, by the Chancery Division of the British High Court that "Letters Patent, issued under 'The Great Seal of Australia,' by Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, Queen of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, appointing a Governor General in Australia, have been issued incorrectly", all Australian citizenship is in doubt.
To the non-indigenous community in our nation:
All people in our nation are guaranteed that their purported private property
is absolutely safeguarded as any compensation for extinguishment of our property
is the responsibility of the purported Commonwealth Government.
We will use the existing illegal local government infrastructure
to maintain basic human amenities:
As local government and rates are illegal under the [63 & 64 VICT] Constitution
of Australia [CH 12] Constitution Act 1900 (UK), we will structure our own
government to accommodate the existing services structure.
( The [63 & 64 VICT] Constitution of Australia [CH 12] Constitution Act
1900 (UK) is still British domestic law; it is being illegally usurped on
Australians and can be repealed by the British Government at any time )
Dual citizenship:
Dual citizenship will be available to people living within the Bora of Dalungbara.
Passports will be made available in due time.
Public meetings:
A public meeting is to be held in the Noosa area in the near future so that
your questions can be answered.
Our concerns for the environment of our traditional
land:
We have had grave concerns as to how the purported Queensland government was
managing our traditional land.
One such concern is the overcrowding of holidaymakers at Inskip Point during
holiday periods.
Recently Elder Jones invented the 'cig butt disposal'
method for improved disposal of the non-biodegradable cigarette butts whereby
butts can be returned to the packet for correct disposal.
This is a worldwide project.
Our concern for the environment is not just for our traditional lands.
The Aboriginal University of Australia, Dalungdalee
Trust:
This is an entity of the Dalungbara Aboriginal People.
Examples of ongoing suppression, intimidation,
harassment, frustration and acts of terrorism committed against the Dalungbara
Aboriginal People by the purported Queensland and Commonwealth governments:
The following are only some of the reasons for us, the First People, to reaffirm
our nationhood so as to safeguard our rights.
2003: Agreement was received from the Queensland
Parks & Wildlife Service of the purported Queensland government to use
the Dalungbara Cultural Centre (Dilli Village) and the Sandy Cape Light Station
on K'Guri (Fraser Island) as headquarters for environmental impact studies
on the wild horses and other fauna. These studies were to be headed by renowned
earth scientist Dr Peter James.
Indications to the commencement of the environmental impact studies were commenced
by Mr Lyall Lindsay SempfÓ, another Dalungbara
person and Aboriginal supporters by commencing maintenance and placing signage
on the Dalungbara Cultural Centre buildings, only for Lyall Lindsay SempfÓ
and supporters to have criminal charges placed on them.
The purported Queensland government then reneged on the agreement.
The purported Commonwealth Government was asked to intervene in this situation
however purported Commonwealth Environment Minister David Kemp abrogated his
responsibilities.
2004: While no one was home, Kinsman Adrian
Little had his house broken into by the Royal Society of the Prevention of
Cruelty to Animals under the guise of seising 'evidence' for an alleged act
of cruelty to a dugong. This was an obvious attempt by chief inspector Byron
Hall and CEO Mark Towend of the RSPCA to intimidate our People.
The purported Police Commissioner and purported Minister for Primary Industries
and Fisheries were notified of this harassment, intimidation and act of terrorism.
