The Elliott Bennett Court Case
Elly Bennett, son of Roger Bennett, was the Australian Bantam Weight and Feather Weight boxing champion from 1940 to 1952.
Elly Bennett had a percentage of his income taken from him by the Public Trustee, under the Aboriginal Protection Act.
He died and never saw a large amount of his money.
